Grievance Resolution Committee
MASUM has a Grievance Resolution Committee to address grievances raised by staff, volunteers, programme participants, or community members regarding MASUM's programmes, staff conduct, or organisational policies.
Objective
To provide a fair, confidential and timely mechanism for resolving grievances in line with MASUM's values of democracy, equality and transparency.
Scope
- Complaints related to staff behaviour or conduct
- Concerns about programme implementation
- Issues related to financial irregularities or misuse of resources
- Any other matter affecting the dignity or rights of individuals associated with MASUM
How to Raise a Grievance
Grievances may be submitted in writing (in English, Hindi or Marathi) to the Grievance Resolution Committee via the MASUM office. All submissions are treated with strict confidentiality. Contact: masum.puneindia@gmail.com
