Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace
In compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act), MASUM has constituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to address complaints of sexual harassment at the workplace.
Composition of the ICC
- Presiding Officer — A senior woman employee of MASUM
- Two internal members — Nominated from among employees
- One external member — From an NGO or association committed to women's rights
Mandate
The ICC is mandated to receive and inquire into complaints of sexual harassment, ensure confidentiality, and recommend appropriate action in accordance with the law.
How to File a Complaint
Any employee who has experienced sexual harassment at the workplace may submit a written complaint to the Presiding Officer of the ICC within three months of the incident. For assistance, contact the ICC at ic.masumpune@gmail.com.
